By accessing or using Run2Airport.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Our Role as an Affiliate

Run2Airport operates as an affiliate marketplace. Important clarifications:

• We are not an operator: We do not own, operate, or charter aircraft. We connect travelers with certified private jet operators.
• Flight enquiries are not bookings: Submitting a flight enquiry does not guarantee a booking. All flights require operator confirmation.
• Commission disclosure: We earn commission from operators when flights are booked through our Platform. This does not affect the price you pay.
• Operator relationships: We have affiliate agreements with operators but do not control their operations, pricing, or service quality.

3. User Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Platform for legitimate travel enquiries only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Flight Enquiries & Bookings

4.1 Enquiry Process

When you submit a flight enquiry through our Platform:

• We share your information with certified operators who may fulfill your request
• Operators contact you directly with availability and pricing
• All negotiations and bookings occur directly between you and the operator
• We facilitate the connection but are not party to the booking contract

4.2 No Booking Guarantees

We cannot guarantee:

• That any operator will accept your enquiry
• Specific pricing or availability
• Flight schedules or aircraft types
• Operator service quality or safety records

5. Fees & Payments

Our Platform is free for travelers. We do not charge fees for flight enquiries.

Payment for flights is handled directly between you and the operator. We are not involved in payment processing and assume no liability for payment disputes.

Operators may require deposits or full payment according to their terms. Please review operator payment terms carefully.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use our branding or logos without express written consent
• Scrape or collect data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with Platform security or functionality
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Submit enquiries for non-existent or fraudulent travel
• Use automated systems to access the Platform

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these conduct rules.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of flight information
• Availability or uptime of the Platform
• Safety or quality of operator services
• Errors or viruses in the Platform

As an affiliate, we do not warrant operator performance, aircraft safety, or travel outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run2Airport shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Travel delays, cancellations, or inconveniences
• Operator actions, omissions, or negligence
• Flight safety issues or accidents
• Acts of God, weather, or force majeure events

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us (if any), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Run2Airport, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your interaction with operators
• Your travel arrangements or outcomes

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
